The Conversion Stage:

This is where you have to offer them an alternative, if they aren’t ready yet it’s not worth it for them to become a paying customer.
The Retention Stage:
This is about helping your clients be successful and stay loyal. The goal of retention marketing is essentially ensuring that existing customers stick around and buy from you again and again. The strategy often involves helping customers feel a personal connection to your brand. All you need to do now is build your content marketing funnel.
